Some of what you’ll be up to:
Acting as a thought partner to clients—building trusted relationships, addressing complex pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of Build agents.
Working with Customer Success to take full ownership of client relationships—from early pilots, to onboarding, to guiding adoption across multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
Serving as the internal voice of the user—sharing insights that directly shape product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that showcase how our agentic workflows transform months-long processes into hours.
Documenting best practices, contributing to scalable playbooks, and shaping the growth of our solutions function globally.
Helping clients navigate one of the biggest shifts in how the Built World operates—evaluating ROI, mapping the impact of agentic workflows across development stages, and ultimately transforming how projects reach revenue and operations.
You come from the world of development, real estate, or infrastructure; but you’ve never been content with how things have always been done. You may have started out at a top-tier development or investment firm. Maybe you’ve worked on the operator side, solving thorny operational challenges from the inside. Either way, you know how development teams think, work, and struggle—and you’re ready to help them level up with professional-grade AI.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have a background in real estate, infrastructure, or related development work, with experience at top-tier firms or projects.
Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but comfortable navigating technical conversations, especially around generative AI, automation, and workflow engineering.
Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from investors to engineers. Translating across disciplines comes naturally.
Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and serve as a calm, credible presence in high-stakes environments.
Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies.
Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships at once.
Care deeply about quality, but don’t get stuck in perfectionism—you get things done, and you make them better over time.
We founded Build with a simple thesis: agentic AI is going to fundamentally change how the Built World gets developed. In 2024, we started as a two-person team with a radical vision—pairing expert labor with specialized AI agents to automate and accelerate the traditionally expensive, multi-year development process.
