As a Domain Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping core products at Build, primarily through embedding industry knowledge, creating partnerships & streamlining delivery of output to the biggest customers in CRE. You'll work alongside the founders to train state-of-the-art AI agents (without code) and the platform that powers them. This is a high-intensity, high-reward role for someone eager to shape groundbreaking technology and make a tangible impact on the physical world. We are looking for individuals who are hungry, learn exceptionally fast, and have a proven track record of driving decisions within CRE.
What You'll Do:
Partner with engineering to design and develop (no-coding required) new workflows into the Build offering - financial, acquisitions, legal, design and more. Working across multiple asset classes and learning new skills when needed.
Establish new partnerships to complement our existing base.
Help Build compound existing partnerships by reinforcing a high standard of delivery for output so that Build can continue driving as the aspirational brand in AI CRE, keeping our partners exceptionally happy.
Recruit and potentially lead a team of Domain-experts as Build continues to evolve, contributing to a culture of A-players that do whatever it takes to win.
You come from the world of development, real estate, or infrastructure; but you’ve never been content with how things have always been done. You may have started out at a top-tier development or investment firm. Maybe you’ve worked on the operator side, solving thorny operational challenges from the inside. Either way, you know how development teams think, work, and struggle—and you’re ready to help them level up with professional-grade AI.
