As a Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction and core product at Build.inc. You'll work alongside the founders & early team to build state-of-the-art AI agents and the platform that powers them, directly impacting the most prominent names in CRE. This is a high-intensity, high-reward role for someone eager to build groundbreaking technology and make a tangible impact on the physical world. Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python & Langraph, as well as other modern AI frameworks, for enterprise clients.
Full stack development, building out the core platform using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind.
Build out comprehensive data collection pipelines through web scraping, browser & voice agents.
Collaborate closely with the co-founders and core team to define and execute the product roadmap.
Working directly with customers to iterate on product improvements based on customer feedback.
Embody a generalist mindset, tackling challenges across the stack from agent performance to platform infrastructure.
Champion best practices and help set the engineering culture at a foundational stage.
